It is interesting - I had no idea. I wonder if the Republicans have such a set up?
Last time I heard, the Democratic Party also has race quotas for its delegates. If they still have this policy, they are judging not by the content of their character, but by the color of their skin.
I am not aware of race quotas but ya never know. I am sure that if there are any, they are easily reached.
